1. Compliance with Simplisio Ai’s Policies
All users of Simplisio Ai’s services, including any image and video generation features, have agreed to Simplisio Ai’s Usage Policies, Service Terms, and Terms of Use. These policies apply universally to Simplisio Ai services and are designed to ensure the safe and responsible use of AI technology. We encourage you to review these documents thoroughly.
1.1 Depictions of Real People
- Consent is Key: You may not generate, edit, or distribute images or videos that depict any identifiable real individual without their explicit, informed consent. This is particularly important for private individuals.
- No Harmful Depictions: You may not create images or videos as a means to impersonate, harass, intimidate, defame, or otherwise harm any depicted individual. Using generated content to perpetrate fraud or scams is strictly prohibited.
- Protection of Minors: Generating or editing images or videos that contain real people under the age of 18 is not permitted, especially in ways that could be exploitative or harmful.
